Dear all,
Agency for electronic communications (AEC) publishes „Draft Report for Methodology for cost based model for broadcasting free to air services on the DTT platform and associated WACC“.
The methodology was developed in cooperation with „Analysis Mason Ltd”- Milano, based on contract for consultant service, concluded under public procurement conditions.
AEC on 19.11.2015, on its web page published announcement to inform interested parties about the start of the project for development and implementation of Methodology for cost based model for broadcasting free to air services on the DTT platform and associated WACC. Purpose of the project is price control of the regulated services of a designated significant market power on the relevant market 13, defined in the Decision of relevant markets susceptible for ex-ante regulation.
AEC on 11.12.2015, on its web page published „Inception Report for Methodology for cost based model for broadcasting free to air services on the DTT platform and associated WACC“.
Published Draft Report is an addition to the previously published Inception Report, so it should be read in conjunction with the Inception Report.
With this invitation we are asking all interested parties to express their opinions and views within 30 days of the publication of the Draft Report for the following documents:

- „Draft Report for Methodology for cost based model for broadcasting free to air services on the DTT platform and associated WACC “.
Pending comments and opinions on the subject published at a public hearing, we welcome you all.
