The Agency for Electronic Communications (AEC) has launched a new cycle of implementing the Common Assessment Framework (CAF), an important process aimed at continuously improving quality, organizational performance, and the services provided by the institution.
This process is being carried out as part of AEC’s commitment to advancing quality management standards and strengthening institutional capacities, with a focus on increasing efficiency and transparency in its operations.
AEC extends its sincere appreciation to the Ministry of Public Administration and the Regional School of Public Administration (ReSPA) for their continuous support in the implementation of this important process. Special thanks are also extended to Slaven Bukarica, Quality Management Officer, Emilija D. Georgieva, and Igor Markovski, CAF Expert, for their professionalism, expertise, and excellent cooperation during the initial phase of implementation.
The management and the CAF Team at AEC have demonstrated a high level of commitment and readiness to embrace European best practices in quality management, creating a solid foundation for further institutional development.
AEC remains committed to this journey toward organizational excellence and will continue implementing the planned activities within the framework of the new CAF cycle.
