AEC Launches a New CAF Implementation Cycle – Common Assessment Framework

The Agency for Electronic Communications (AEC) has officially launched a new cycle of implementation of the CAF (Common Assessment Framework), reaffirming its continued commitment to improving quality, efficiency, and institutional excellence.

The launch of the new CAF cycle was officially marked on 4 September, in the presence of the Director of AEC, Mr. Haliti, the Quality Team, as well as representatives and experts involved in the process.

The process is being implemented with the support of the Ministry of Public Administration, the Regional School of Public Administration (ReSPA), and CAF experts, with the aim of further improving and strengthening the quality management system within the Agency.

This is the second CAF implementation cycle at AEC, representing a continuation of activities focused on systematic self-assessment, identifying opportunities for improvement, and further developing the Agency’s institutional capacities.

The implementation of CAF is carried out in parallel with the regular application of ISO standards, as well as the fulfilment of legal obligations related to quality management systems. By launching the new cycle, AEC reaffirms its commitment to the continuous improvement of its operations, the development of modern management practices, and the provision of high-quality services in the interest of citizens, users, and all relevant stakeholders.
