- Information Technology Division provides IT support in the work of the AEC.
- The nformation Technology Division team is actively involved in solving of complex problems relating to AEC hardware and software, design and implement application software solutions for the needs of the AEC website;
- Organises the maintenance of local LAN network and wide WAN area network of the AEC;
- Take care and keeping control of the registry providing an access to the records of the AEC that are publicly available;
- Controls and organises the management and direction of the documents and preparation of AEC publications;
- Participates in the preparation of the policies for security of information available to the AEC and control their implementation;
- Proposes a procurement of equipment and materials, after previously obtained data on the needs of the organisational units of the AEC;
- Supports the internal communication and management the archive. Archives incoming and outgoing mail, arranges and redirect the same;
- Store and keep all documents in hard copy and /or electronically in accordance with the legal regulations and internal procedures in a manner that provides the easy handling of the same.
