- Finance Department is responsible for coordination of financial and accounting activities in the AEC.
- The team in the Finance and Accounting Department has a task to organize and control the preparation and implementation of the Annual Financial Plan of the AEC and the preparation of periodic and annual financial reports; performs supervision, conducting and management of the Universal Service Funds; calculates the financial costs of the AEC; verify the accuracy and reality of invoices; checks all payments of the bills of the AEC; analyses financial transactions;
- Monitors the accounts of the AEC;
- Prepares analysis, information and other materials related to financial and accounting operation of the AEC;
- Prepares reports on realization of the payment of the fees that are income of the AEC under the Law on Electronic Communications; and financial documentations for recovery of unpaid claims through the court.
