Human Resources Division

The activity of the Human Resources Division is divided into two categories:
  1. Strategic activity – i.e. reformatory, emphasizing  the preparation and  implementation of the business strategy of the organization and the strategy  of human resources development, and
  2. Transactional activity – performing common activities related to clerical relations, such as employment, learning and development, remuneration and labor relations.
  • Monitor and enforce the legislation in the field of labor relations (employment, occupational safety, social and health protection, pension and disability insurance), collective agreements and international regulations in the field of labor relations;
  • Implements the procedure of advertising the jobs and prepares employment contracts;
  • Develops individual acts of labor relations  adopted by the Director  (vacations, absence from work, overtime);
  • Implement procedures for disciplinary responsibility of the employees;
  • Prepares documents relating to the management of human resources  for managers and employees;
  • Perform legal and administrative activities related to employment, working hours, wages and benefits;
  • Participates in the preparation of the general rules in the field of human resources;
  • Develops and implements  the strategy for the promotion of human resources;
  • Undertakes an  initiative in the process of developing  an organizational strategy and develops functional organization;
  • Plans and implements procedures for training and development of employees in the Agency;
  • Prepares reports and statistics relating to the employees;
  • Perform administrative tasks in the process of selection and  employment,employment and dismissal of the employees;
  • Contacts the employees and inform the Head of the Division about the same;
  • Provide information to the employees about the administrative and other proceedings;
  • Performs other tasks at the discretion of the Head of Division.
