The Inspection Division performs enforcement of the Law on Electronic Communications and bylaws by the inspectors for electronic communications from the Control Measurement centres in Skopje, Bitola and Stip.
The inspection is performed in order to:
- Taking measures to solve the interference in the radiocommunications;
- Termination of emission of radio stations operating without an Authorisation for radio frequency use;
- Verification of the compliance of the parameters of the legal radio stations with the parameters given in the Authorisation for radio frequency use;
- Taking measures to operators of public communication networks and/or providers of public communication services operating without notification;
- Identification of notified operators of public communication networks and/or providers of public communication services in terms of notification requirements;
- Resolving the complaints from users of electronic communication services;
